tomáš kučerovský

Together with a few friends, the Czech architect Tomáš Kučerovský (1974) founded the comic strip magazine Aargh! in 2000 and Analphabet Books, a comic strip publishing company, in 2004. His work has been published in various anthologies and he has taken part in a great many international exhibitions. In 2008 he won the ‘Muriel' Prize for the best short story at the Komiksfest in Prague.

For Brussels in Shorts he created a graphic report on his experiences, in combination with fictional stories and encounters, so as to create a contrast between his story and the expectations tourists have of Brussels. Tomáš Kučerovský was staying in Brussels from 30 April to 14 May 2012. See also www.tomaskucerovsky.tk
