    • Following a tour of various European cities, the founders of the Constitution, better known as the Brussels Poets Collective, have once again descended on the capital.     • In October 2004, the international house of literature Passa Porta opened its doors in Brussels. Over the course of 5 years, no less than 500 writers from Belgium and abroad have been our guests. They joined us for literary meetings, special projects, festivals and residences.
