This summer, a new edition of Camping Josée, a versatile and festive meeting place for and by the residents of Sint-Joost-ten-Node, will take place. Team Josée will set up its tents in Saint Francis Park this summer. In collaboration with Passa Porta, this edition will conclude with a series of slam workshops for young people and an Open Mic.
On August 31, you will have the chance to share your texts with the audience of Camping Josée. The Open Mic starts at 7:00 PM and will be hosted by MC Miksi, also known as the founder of Speakeasy Brussels.
All poets, slammers, and writers are warmly invited to an evening of free expression, shared emotions, and poetry. We are organizing an open mic for everyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced word artist. Each participant will have the opportunity to present a text or a (slam) poem of their choice (maximum 3 minutes per text). You can register on-site from 6:00 PM onwards.
Camping Josée is a collaboration between the municipality of Sint-Joost-Ten-Node, Bib Joske, Ten Noey and Brede School Sint-Joost.
