If you subscribe to our digital newsletter, you explicitly authorize us to keep you informed of our activities. We only ask that you provide your address for this, and we store it on a secure server and on the server of our website provider and suppliers, with whom we have also signed a privacy statement.

For co-productions or collaborations with partners in the context of our activities, Passa Porta may share this data with a partner organization, with whom we also sign a privacy agreement to limit the use of your data to the relevant joint activity (e.g. in the case of a joint presentation of an activity).

If you purchase tickets for our activities via the secure section of our website, additional information will be requested (e.g. bank details) by Oxynade, the online ticketing system with which Passa Porta collaborates and with whom we sign the privacy contract. Passa Porta only has general access to statistical data provided by Oxynade and not to your payment details, for example. To purchase tickets, you must declare that you explicitly agree to Oxynade’s General Terms and Conditions. If an activity is organized by Passa Porta or with a partner organization, you may be referred to their ticketing system via our website.

Passa Porta will never pass on your data for commercial purposes.

Who processes your data?

Your personal data are processed within Passa Porta by our own employees. Products supplied by other organizations are used for this purpose (e.g. the website, ticketing software). Passa Porta has concluded a processing agreement with each of those organizations to control the processing and protection of your personal data, among other things. We have also implemented measures internally to ensure that your data is processed effectively and securely.

How are your data stored and protected?

Passa Porta does not store personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or as required by law.

We do not store financial data, e.g. details of your credit card, nor do we have access to it. This information is kept by Oxynade, our partner that handles and stores your data very securely.

Passa Porta keeps a detailed register of concrete data that are kept and processed or made available.

When you send us an email or letter by post, we may keep your messages. We may ask you for additional personal information to be able to answer your questions or reply to your requests.
