Conz (Constantijn van Cauwenberge, 1977) debuted in 2004 with the prize-winning album Toen ik nog Baas van de wereld was. In the years that followed he worked on the ambitious trilogy De tweede kus (Oogachtend), which has meanwhile also been translated into French. In 2006 he was Turnhout's official artist.

For Brussels in Shorts Conz created a story about a sick man and a Tyrannosaurus Rex who go for a walk through Brussels together, from the Oude Graanmarkt to the Museum of Natural Sciences. See also
