Delphine Panique Misma

Delphine Panique (1981) is a comic strip artist born in the south of France.

After studying modern languages and years of professional dithering, she comes across Editions Misma. They publish her first comic strip, Orlando, a very free adaptation of Virginia Woolf’s novel, in 2013, and then En temps de guerre, a dubious historical chronicle about World War I. In 2016, she publishes her Odyssée du Vice (Requins Marteaux), followed in 2018 by the fantasy essay Le vol nocturne (Editions Cornélius). She turns classics of literature into comics for the magazine Topo, then bundled and published by Galimard. In 2021 she returns to Editions Misma with Un beau voyage, a big naval adventure — but totally motionless
