2026 - Thomas Heerma van Voss

Previous work includes the novels De allestafel (“The Everything Table,” 2009), Stern (2013) and Condities (“Conditions,” 2020). Several of his works have been translated, including Stern and the essay Invisible Books into German, and Het Archief into Turkish. In 2025 he published De prullenmand heeft veel plezier aan mij (“The Wastepaper Basket Takes Great Pleasure in Me”), a collection of interviews with writers.

During his stay in Brussels at Passa Porta, Heerma van Voss will be working on a new novel.

This residency is part of Passa Porta’s annual exchange with the Dutch Foundation for Literature.
